Impeccably clean accommodation, supper friendly staff upon the staff member. Tidy and cheap rooms with an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe. 15 min walk from the bus stop.

I was satisfied with the newly renovated and a decent size room, there were a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets just in case. It was 5 mins drive to the airport.

Newly decorated and decent sized units for our wifi. Marvellous location to wander through the gardens at anytime, good restaurants in the local area. Again, not far from Discovery Shopping Mall.

I ate at a particularly good restaurant with the resort that also had Gluten Free options excellent food. Its location close to restaurants and bars was stunning.

It is well priced. It is an incredibly beautiful and comfortable property located in Kartika Plaza district very close to shops, waterbom park and restaurants, and all the great areas of Kuta.

The hotel had a very central location and it was a super close walk to Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church. You could walk to a large shopping mall and a market. The restaurant here was excellent with delicious food, we both ordered excellent dishes. The bed was extremely comfy, used a balcony, a large wardrobe, and a telephone.

Well, the area was quite old overall.

We had a nice stay on holidays.

The location was great and magnificent, 5 km to Ngurah Rai International airport, perfectly reachable. The room itself was immaculately clean and had exceptional views of the Ocean.

Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with the view of the beachfront. The price is IDR -2147483648. The staff is amicable. The location of the hotel is amazing, next to many shops, restaurants and bars as well as Kuta restaurants and 2 shopping malls.

The location of the hotel is superb, with a wide range of shopping centers and restaurants just a stone's throw away. The airport is conveniently close, making the journey hassle-free. The resort's beautiful gardens provide a lovely atmosphere.

The aging of the whole complex has slightly spoiled the overall experience.

We really liked the beach location and the boardwalk area.

The rooms were a bit tired and the service by the majority of staff (Front counter, bar and some restaurant staff) was very poor. We had to wait a long time and they seemed uninterested in serving us.

The best thing for me was siting on the lounge chairs relaxing and overlooking the ocean. Then being waited on by the wonderful staff with drinks and food.

The breakfast bar was quite basic, but the pancakes were great.

The place was reasonably priced. All in all everything was really good, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay of a bali holiday. We booked a superior king room with beautiful garden outlook from our large balcony and appreciated it. Everyone who worked there was very hard working and service-oriented. Our hotel was in an unbeatable location on the beach close to everything.

Superbly friendly staff members, stunning location right by the beach out of the hustle & bustle of Kuta, Waterbom Park and Discovery Mall and beautiful tropical gardens. Enjoyable and gorgeous breakfast, lots of meals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in one of the best locations we have ever experienced. The hotel is right on the beach and offers a beautiful walk along the waterfront. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the coffee by the pool was amazing. The attached restaurants served really good food, and we ate in the hotel multiple times, which is not something we normally do. The hotel's cost was comparative to eating outside. The staff were friendly and provided great service, with friendly waitresses always smiling and offering coffee or tea. The hotel's gardens had a lovely outlook, and the pools and outdoor day spa area were a plus. We also liked the idea of having a 'no kids' pool area. this hotel offered cleanliness, great facilities, and a convenient location for shopping and enjoying the beach.

Can honestly say, there wasn't anything not to like.
